This project saw the headquarters of Barwon Water transformed from 2 existing separate buildings of differing designs and ages, into a modern energy efficient open plan space.

Westcoast Windows manufactured and installed the curtain wall, utilising the Capral CW175 system, and custom fabricated sunshades to the new atrium structure connecting the buildings, as well as the existing north and south facades. The project also incorporated installing the frameless glass external lift enclosure, atrium skylights and internal partitions.

This project won The Sir Osborn McCutcheon Award For Commercial Architecture at the 2018 Victorian Architecture Awards for architect GHD Woodhead.
