Stage 4 of works at the home of the Cats involved the construction of the new Brownlow Stand to house the football operations of the club, as well as new social club, corporate and broadcast facilities.

Westcoast Windows works on the project included the main external façade, ground facing glazing to the corporate and broadcast areas, and the glass floor that allows guests to view the player warm up area below.
